Welcome to devngn.ai. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the devngn.ai website, APIs, client packages, and the wellness service (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What devngn.ai is

devngn.ai is human-first developer wellness. With your explicit opt-in, it notices real gaps in your schedule and nudges you with short, five-second movement breaks tuned to your profile, your goals, and the equipment you actually have. It is designed to help the human at the keyboard move, breathe, and reset.

2. Health disclaimer

The Service offers general wellness and movement suggestions. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Movement prompts are general-purpose and may not be appropriate for everyone. Always listen to your body, stop anything that causes pain, and consult a qualified health professional before starting any new physical activity, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You participate in any suggested activity at your own risk.

3. Opt-in and your account

Wellness features are consent-gated. Nothing personal is collected or stored until you opt in, and you can withdraw consent and delete your data at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Open source and license

devngn.ai is open source and the source code is released under the MIT License. Copyright © 2026-Present David Pine. The MIT License applies to the software; it does not grant rights to the devngn.ai name, logo, or hosted-service brand. You can read the full license on GitHub.

6. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, David Pine and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the Service or any movement activity you choose to perform.
